Euro Cylinders

At Tradelocks, we supply a range of TS007:2012 BSi Kitemarked anti-snap euro cylinders, anti-bump cylinder locks, and thumb-turn euro cylinders, which are all high-security Euro cylinder locks.

For a cylinder to gain a BSi Kitemarked 1-star rating, it must pass the criteria set out on BS EN 1303:2005, proving to withstand five types of burglary attack: drilling, picking, bumping, snapping, and plug extraction. Three-star Kitemarked cylinders have an additional lock-snapping test.

It is recommended that all doors be fitted with a combination of 3-star Kitemarked security, as the TS007 3-star rating is the highest and considered the ultimate door security solution. However, installing a 3-star cylinder is not the only way to achieve this level of security. By installing a TS007 1-star cylinder with the backup of a TS007 2-star door handle or 2-star cylinder guard, you can also achieve 3-star security status.
