In addition to your statutory rights, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less a handling charge of 25% of the returned goods order value subject to a minimum handling charge of £20 + VAT. We reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 28 days unless they are faulty.

We will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty due to manufacturing defects and all returned goods will be individually tested to determine the cause of fault before a refund or replacement is issued. We reserve the right to send a replacement for any defective product, and we are not obliged to pay a refund. UAP TradeLocks will therefore not replace tools broken through misuse or abuse, all such items are non-returnable.

In the event of UAP TradeLocks sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to UAP TradeLocks within 28 days otherwise we have the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
